A foreign customer sent us a 25kg sample of coconut sugar for experimentation.
Our technicians first melt the coconut sugar samples sent by customers in hot water and then pour them into the spherical concentration tank to test the sugar content of coconut sugar water in different periods of time. In the video, we can see the state of coconut sugar water with different sugar content. Ultimately, the 82 Brix coconut sugar water was in a state suitable for drying using our Liquid Vacuum Belt Dryer. The final product is in the state of fine powder.
