Component

The equipment is made up with tank, defoamer,condenser, cooler, oil-water separator, oil receiver, duplex strainer, pump and pipeline.

Accessories

The tank is equipped with CIP cleaning automatic rotating spray ball, temperature gauge, pressure gauge, explosion-proof sight glass lamp, sight glass, quickopening feeding port, etc., to ensure easy operation and meet GMP standards. The inner cylinder of the equipment is made of 304 and 316L.

Operating principle

different boiling points of solvent, low boiling point components start to first boil into secondary steam, then through condensation, cooling to oil and water separate. Reflux or discharge can be determined according to process conditions. The oil-water separator uses the different density of oil and water to carry on the upper and lower layers, so as to obtain the volatile oil.
           In addition, due to a difference in the concentration of medicine liquid in the upper, middle and lower parts of the main tank in the heating process, it can make medicine liquid from the bottom of the main tank through the filter and pump back to the upper part of the main tank for circulation, to achieve dynamic extraction.

It can effectively solve the problem that different heat is needed in different extraction periods by using the ways of straight barrel segmented jacket heating, bottom of the slag discharge door direct through steam heating and bottom cover with jacket heating.Medicinal materials in the tank will be heated evenly without heating dead Angle.Regulating the amount of steam into different heating periods can guarantee the stability of tank micro boiling state and improve the medicine material extraction yield.            
           
The distillation time can be shortened and the recovery rate can be increased when distilling the solvent in the recovered residue.

Bottom jacket heating,the outlet pipe adopts hard pipe connection, which is long service life and no leakage compared with the previous hose.Bottom jacket steam inlet,condensate outlet and liquid outlet and spare port are complete independence,which are centrally connected to the liquid outlet rotating tee with the external connection pipes.connecting pipes are beautiful.

Slag discharge door filter net:The filter plate at the bottom of the extraction tank adopts two layers. The first layer is a stainless steel plate with a thickness of 6-8mm and circular holes with a diameter of 10mm. This layer acts as a support.On top of the support layer, there is a layer of 0.6mm thin stainless steel plate ,which is densely covered with 0.6x 10mm long holes on it, relatively speaking, long holes are not easy to plug, smooth filtration.This layer of steel plate is processed by laser, whose surface is smooth and easy to clean. Its durable time is 6-8 years and it don't need to replace.At the same time, the two-layer filter plate in a hinged structure can be easily opened to check the cavity below the filter plate and clean.

For the viscous liquid that is difficult to be filtered, the tank side filtration can be adopted. The medicinal material will not be crushed and stuck to the filter plate, so the filtration is more smooth.

Pneumatic slag discharge door can be opened at an angle of 90°.There has two cylinders to open and close the slag discharge door, and has three cylinders push the rotary locking ring to lock the slag discharge door.The telescopic fulcrum of the two opening cylinders is set in the middle position of the left and right sides of the slag discharge door, which is perpendicular to the point of gravity.In this way, when opening the door, there will be no impact force because of gravity, and the door rotating parts will not be damaged by the existence of impact force.The rotating part of the bottom cover is designed as a double hinge type with a certain distance, and the two hinges have the same rotating shaft, so as to avoid the deformation of the rotating arm bearing caused by the left and right swing.

Roller slag discharge door adopts pneumatic rotary pressing, twelve locking pins (i.e., twelve force points) are evenly distributed, which can effectively seal with pressure.The locking pin slides to lock the slag discharge door along the inclined plane on the rotating locking ring. The pressing inclined plane is self-locking structure, so the rotating locking ring can self-lock.That is the locking device still works, and the slag door will not fall off and open by itself in the case of power failure and gas shutdown.Roller sliding motion is used between the rotary locking ring and the flange on the slag discharge door, which eliminates the defect of large friction force of old structure plane, greatly reduces the thrust of the cylinder, make the locking ring rotate flexibly and the slag discharge door open and close freely.

In order to prevent personnel from misoperation, a safety latch is installed on the rotary locking ring.When the safety latch is not removed, the rotating locking ring cannot move, eliminating the potential safety hazard caused by misoperation.

The upper and lower flanges of the slag discharge door are provided with three fixed pins for positioning.When the slag door is closed, the lower flange pin hole is inserted into the upper flange locating pin and the locking ring is rotated to lock it.In this way, the lower flange will not be shifted by friction force,so that the upper and lower flanges are closely matched, and the rotating bearing is not deformed.

A through steam pipe is arranged on the bottom cover of the slag discharging door, and a steam distribution device is designed in the cavity body of the bottom cover and is connected with the through steam pipe. In this way, the steam can be evenly distributed into the straight cylinder body, and the filter screen will not be damaged by producing impact.In the stage of distilling the solvent in the residue, the medicinal materials are heated evenly and the solvent recovery is high.

Detachable demister: It is composed of deflection baffle, hole plate and filter screen. The top is quick-open structure. The baffle plates and filter screen can be taken out for thorough cleaning. The exhaust port is on the side, and the side has an observation sight glass, which is easy to operate.

Multi-function straight barrel extraction tank

Condenser:It's installed with horizontal dip angle, which is easy to drain condensate.Secondary steam flows through the tube side, and cooling water flows through the shell side.The tube side is set as double tube side to increase the secondary steam flow rate and improve the heat exchange effect. The shell side is equipped with a cleaning port to facilitate the cleaning of scale.


Cooler:It's vertical coil cooler,whose tube side is through condensate and shell side is through cooling waterThe shell side is equipped with a cleaning port to facilitate the cleaning of scale.


The cleaning of the tube side:In the backwash mouth of the backflow pipe between the cooler and the extraction tank,we backwash the cooler, condenser and defoamer.

Special condensation system for volatile oil:is composed of two vertical condenser, cooler, oil water separator and oil collecting barrel.

The purpose of the two-stage vertical condenser is to completely condense the secondary steam containing oil and reduce losses.Vertical structure reduces residue of oil and water mixture in the condenser and improve the yield.


Cooler:condensate formed by condensation of secondary steam through the condenser flows into the cooler further to improve the oil-water separation effect.


Oil-water separator:It's slender and open oil-water separator.Open structure internal nozzle opening can be polished smooth.The slender type increases the separation time of the oil-water mixture.

Filter:The extract is filtered through the outside of the filter barrel, and the granular solid residue is filtered out of the filter barrel.When the outlet flow is reduced or there is no flow, the filter needs to be cleaned, which can be cleaned through the tangential flushing at three sides and the compressed air inlet at the top of the filter cartridge. The filter cartridge can also be taken out as a whole for thorough cleaning.
