Multi-functional Alcohol Recycling Contractor

Heating kettle
The heating system mainly adopts steam or electric heating, featuring precise temperature control and high heat exchange efficiency.
Rectification tower body
The tower body is usually equipped with high-efficiency packing or tower trays to increase the gas-liquid two-phase contact area and separation efficiency, and reduce material residence time.
Condenser and Cooler
The condensation and cooling system enables the rapid liquefaction and collection of vaporized alcohols to ensure recovery efficiency.
Liquid receiving tank
The equipment is mainly constructed from 304/316L stainless steel, which meets the hygienic grade requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries, featuring excellent corrosion resistance and easy cleanability.
Vacuum system (optional)

Control system
