Small Mobile CIP Cleaning system
Our small mobile CIP cleaning system is a compact trolley-mounted Clean-in-Place unit. It integrates cleaning tank, sanitary centrifugal pump, heating module, piping, valves and control system on a stainless steel skid with braked casters.
The unit can be moved freely to different workstations in the workshop. **No disassembly of production equipment required**. It performs closed-loop circulating cleaning inside tanks, pipelines and process machinery. The system removes organic residues, oil, protein, sugar deposits, drug remnants and limescale through a predefined sequence: pre-rinse → caustic wash → intermediate rinse → acid wash (optional) → final rinse.
It eliminates blind spots and cross-contamination risks caused by manual disassembly cleaning. Fully compliant with GMP and food hygiene standards.
Ideal for small-scale production, pilot lines, laboratories and multi-workshop sites. No civil construction modification needed; simply connect power and water to start operation.
Cleaning fluid is heated in the CIP tank to target temperature. The sanitary pump delivers the solution to the interior of target equipment for circulating spray & hydrodynamic scouring. Combined chemical reaction and fluid shear force strip residues from inner walls. The spent fluid flows back to the CIP tank for circulation.
Standard customizable cleaning sequence
1.Pre-rinse: Flush loose bulk residues
2.Caustic circulation wash: High-temperature alkaline solution to remove grease, protein and organic fouling
3.Intermediate rinse: Flush away alkaline residues
4.Acid circulation wash (optional): Remove limescale & inorganic deposits
5.Final purified water rinse: Stop cleaning when conductivity reaches set value
