Professional Stainless Steel Extraction Tank Designed for Plant Extract
Our extraction tank can be used to produce the following products via solvent extraction.
| plant extract | green tea extract | kava extract |
| extract | licorice extract | perfume extract |
| kratom-extracts | tongkat ali extract | saw palmetto extract |
| herbal extract | fruit extract | mushroom extract |
| animal extract | epimedium extract | tangerine peel extract |
| monk fruit extract | black walnut wormwood clove extract | ginkgo biloba extract |
| mullein leaf extract | vanilla extract | tabernaemontana divaricata extract |
| kratom-extract 7-oh hydroxymitragynine | ashwagandha extract | korean red ginseng extract |
| saffron extract | cocoa butter extraction machine | reishi mushroom extract |
| yeast extract | maca extract | dandelion extract |
| tobacco extract | Cannabis extract | ... |
The extraction tank is used to extract active components from raw materials by hot water or organic solvent circulation under controlled temperature and pressure. Raw materials are loaded into the tank, and solvent is added for soaking, Senbofluid heating, and circulation. The extracted solution is then discharged to downstream filtration and concentration equipment.
Available extraction processes:
Hot water extraction
Alcohol / solvent extraction
Reflux extraction
Dynamic circulation extraction
