Our production line can make three nicotine products, one is sulphate nicotine, the purity is 40%.two is tobacco flavor .the other is high purity nicotine, the purity of which reach can up to 99.99%. The main processes include alkalization process, extraction process, solvent recovery process,distillation process and evaporation process, etc.
Our processing technology and apparatus are currently being employed in China, where they are proving to be a huge success with good economic and environmental value.

Extraction tank(Stirred): The dynamic extraction tank can be used for atmospheric pressure, micro pressure, water decoction, warm imrnersion and cold immersion conditions in herbal&plant, food and chemical industries. The equipment is equipped with a stirring device to make the material extraction sufficient and increase the extraction rate |
 | 2. Concentrator: This device is frequently used for the liquid product concentrator and solvent (like alcohol) recovery in the chemical field, food, and traditional herbal medicine. The final concentrated material concentration is up to 1.2.  | 3.Water cooling tank It is mainly composed of tank body, mixer, scrubber, refrigeration unit and electrical control box. Polyurethane rigid foam board is adopted between the inner and outer tanks. The material has the thermal insulation layer with low thermal conductivity, light weight, high strength and low water absorption, and has good heat preservation performance. The product has advanced design and manufacturing technology, reliable performance, cooling, thermal insulation performance and health standards are in line with the advanced level. |
 | 4.Distillation equipment The distillation equipment consists of six parts: tower kettle, tower body, condenser, cooler, buffer tank and high-level storage tank. It is suitable for the recovery of petroleum ether in pharmaceutical, food, light industry, chemical industry, etc. Some of them are made of OCr18Ni9 stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and energy saving, environmental protection, lower production cost and improved efficiency. The device can distill the petroleum ether of 30 degrees to 50 degrees to 93 degrees to 95 degrees, and the residual liquid discharge has low petroleum ether content and meets environmental protection requirements. The device uses high-efficiency stainless steel corrugated packing. All parts of the contact materials are made of stainless steel to meet GMP ,ASME standards. |
