Product Overview

An electric evaporation/concentration unit is a complete set of senbofluid equipment that uses electrical energy as the heat source to remove most of the water from plant extracts through processes such as heating, evaporation, and condensation, thereby significantly increasing the concentration of active components in the solution.


Basic Principle:

Based on the physical property that the boiling point of a liquid changes under specific pressure. Electric heaters provide the heat source, causing the extract to boil under vacuum and low-temperature conditions. The water evaporates into steam, which is then recovered or discharged by the condensation system, ultimately yielding a concentrated liquid. The vacuum environment significantly lowers the boiling point (typically to 40–70°C), thereby protecting heat-sensitive active components from oxidation, decomposition, or deactivation.
