Automated Continuous Countercurrent Extraction System Machine

The continuous counter-current ultrasonic extraction unit integrates two core technologies: continuous counter-current dynamic extraction and ultrasonic wall-breaking enhanced extraction. Featuring low temperature, high extraction efficiency, high recovery rate and low solvent consumption, it supports large-scale production. Designed as fully automatic continuous low-temperature extraction core equipment for plant extraction, traditional Chinese medicine extraction, food, health care products, daily chemical and biological industries. The whole unit is finely manufactured of stainless steel in strict compliance with GMP standards. It replaces traditional intermittent extraction tanks and static soaking equipment, resolving industrial pain points including low efficiency, high material loss, unstable product quality and high labor cost. It serves as an optimal choice for production upgrading from small and medium capacity to large-scale industrial mass production.
Adopting continuous counter-current process, medicinal materials are automatically and quantitatively fed from the feeding port, while solvent is injected in controlled volume through the liquid inlet. Driven by special components, the leachate and raw materials flow in opposite directions to realize continuous counter-current extraction. Fully extracted liquid rich in active ingredients is discharged, and exhausted residue with negligible active components is delivered to squeezer or solvent recycler for further treatment. The process saves raw materials and causes no environmental pollution. The fully enclosed system is applicable to extraction with volatile organic solvents and water. Featuring sanitary operation, automatic feeding and residue discharging, the equipment is easy to operate. The top cover can be opened conveniently for cleaning, fully complying with GMP specifications.
